We currently represent both commercial and residential real estate developers as well as general contractors and subcontractors. Our knowledge of the various construction phases of real estate development provides our clients with peace of mind as they recognize that we are preparing contracts and subcontracts with an understanding and appreciation of the project budget, the schedule, commencement and completion dates, and commitments to tenants for occupancy. In the unfortunate event of disputes between owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors and other parties, Pressman Law, LLC stands by its clients to strategize on the proper dispute and, if necessary, to contest any such disputes in court or arbitration.
